Is Botox Safe?

Botox is a neurotoxin, which sounds scary, but is perfectly safe—as long as it’s made and administered by a licensed professional. Botox includes the ingredients of Clostridium botulinum type A neurotoxin complex, Albumin Human, and sodium chloride. It’s essentially produced using a fermentation process, which gives its ingredients the stunning amount of power they have. Please consult with your doctor to make sure you don’t have any conflicting allergies with the ingredients of Botox.

Does Botox Work?

In short, yes. A few days after having Botox injected, you’ll have noticeably smoother skin.

Who Should Not Use Botox

Botox works for almost anyone, but there are some patients who shouldn’t have Botox done. Pregnancy, nursing mothers, certain neuromuscular disorders, and allergies can prevent you from being a candidate for this treatment.

Do Dermal Fillers hurt?

There may be a slight discomfort due to the needle being injected into the face, however anaesthetic cream is applied before every treatment to minimize the sensation. Some fillers are also mixed with a local anaesthetic to further nullify the pain.

Are Dermal Fillers safe?

Dermal fillers are made from hyaluronic acid, which is a natural substance that is found in the skin. This makes dermal fillers perfectly safe, as the hyaluronic acid will naturally dissolve into your body with no harm over time.
